The only way to find your username is to use the reset password button on the app login screen. You can see your username in the mail you receive with the reset token.
Your password will be reset unless you go through all of the following steps.
Click the 'Reset password' button in the bottom right-hand corner of the login page
Enter your email and click 'Send a reset code'
Enter your password reset code and reset your password
